Group Training
Group Training: Training with others can help push you to run faster and also help you keep those recovery days easy. A weekly group workout means consistency, competition, and someone to hold you accountable. Our training groups are open to men and women of all ages and abilities. Train Faster to Race Faster: Most new runners will experience huge improvements in their race times even if they only focus on increasing mileage. Once you hit that plateau you will need to add faster training in order to continue to improve. It is easier to train faster with a group than alone. Join our Thursday night speed workout! Train Properly to Stay Injury Free: This includes a warm up jog, dynamic warm up, training at the pace that's right for you, a cool down, strengthening and core exercises, and post run stretching. If you train properly, you will get faster and avoid common running injuries.
